What a cleaning visit covers
A tech works from the ladder, pulls out leaves, seed pods, and shingle grit by hand, and bags the debris. Downspouts are flushed until water runs out at the ground. We look at hangers, corners, and the pitch while we are up there, and we tell you if a section needs a repair before the next storm.
Most homes in Paterson and the towns around it need this twice a year: once after spring pollen and seed drop, and again after the leaves fall. Homes under heavy oaks or maples often need a third visit.
