Where we work
Front walks, porch steps, side paths, and small concrete pads are the usual job. We rinse toward the yard or the street, not into a flower bed if we can avoid it. Oil stains that have sat for years will lighten. They do not always disappear, and we will say that before we start if that is what we see.
Pair this with gutter cleaning if the stains start where a downspout dumps onto the concrete. Stopping the splash keeps the walk cleaner.
The visit covers
- Walks, steps, and stoops on the property
- Mildew and surface dirt on concrete
- A rinse of adjacent beds if wash water reaches them
- A note if the concrete is cracked or scaling, which a wash will not fix
